Every part supplied by NMSD is classified before it leaves our Al Quoz warehouse. We use three condition tiers and state the tier in every quote so you know exactly what you are buying before you commit.
Genuine Factory-Pulled
Parts removed from low-mileage vehicles or sourced as factory surplus, each verified against its OEM part number and inspected for mechanical integrity. We treat factory-pulled components as new for fitment purposes — they carry full OEM fitment assurance with no bench-testing caveat. These are the highest-confidence option for precision German, Japanese, and American luxury models where tolerance matters.
OEM Tested
Aftermarket parts manufactured to original equipment specification by Tier-1 suppliers. We confirm the OEM reference number before supply and bench-test assemblies where our team can do so. OEM Tested parts are the correct choice when a factory-pulled unit is unavailable or when lead time is the priority, and they carry the same fitment guarantee as factory-pulled stock.
Quality Used
Inspected second-hand components with confirmed operation. Each unit passes a visual and functional check before we offer it. Quality Used mechanical parts carry a 30-day fitment warranty; used electronics carry a 14-day fitment warranty. For complex mechanicals — gearboxes, transfer cases, differentials — the warranty window opens from the date of confirmed installation rather than the date of supply, allowing for workshop scheduling lead time. Used parts carry a 30-day fitment warranty.
GCC-Spec Disclosure
GCC-specification parts are engineered for the region's ambient temperatures, voltage tolerances, and desert dust conditions. A non-GCC part may physically fit but may not perform identically in UAE operating conditions — particularly for cooling system components, air-conditioning assemblies, and engine management electronics in summer. We state GCC vs non-GCC origin with every quote so you can make an informed decision. We confirm GCC-spec fitment and part origin with every quote.

Return Process
If a supplied part does not fit the vehicle confirmed at order, or arrives with a manufacturing defect, NMSD covers return shipping within the UAE. Returns must be initiated within the warranty window with the part unused or, for installation-tested returns, accompanied by a workshop job card confirming installation date. We do not accept returns for parts ordered against incorrect VINs or vehicle descriptions supplied by the customer. The 30-day warranty covers mechanical Quality Used parts that fail to perform as expected under normal UAE operating conditions within 30 days of fitting. For used electronics the window is 14 days. For complex mechanicals — gearboxes, transfer cases, differentials — the warranty window opens from the date of confirmed installation rather than the date of supply, so workshop scheduling delays do not consume your coverage. Returns require your original order reference and, for complex mechanicals, a workshop job card. We cover return shipping within the UAE for defective or non-fitting parts supplied against a confirmed VIN.
